Advanced views the supply chain as a pipeline and our primary goal is to remove blockages wherever they occur in a bid to deliver lower total costs to our customers.

We believe in taking cost out of the supply chain by viewing it as a whole and through co-operation between all stakeholders.

An example of this is the importance of pick accuracy within the warehouse when viewed across the whole supply chain.

The cost of improving accuracy by an order of magnitude is often not worth the investment if only the savings made within the warehouse are considered. What is needed is a supply chain partner who is able to identify and realise potential savings for a retailer within their logistics function and in-store.
