Andrew Hill
Commercial DirectorAndrew brings extensive experience in multi-channel retail logistics and supply chain roles gained over three decades. At ASC, he spearheads the strategic commercial direction of the business to support the company’s continued growth in the UK and Europe.
Andrew started his career in corporate sales at FedEx where he honed his craft. Quickly rising through the ranks, Andrew was corporate sales director at Home Delivery Network (now Yodel) where he grew the business to the largest B2C carrier in the UK to support the rapid growth of the ecommerce market.
He went on to Collect+ – establishing the click and collect concept in the UK. As the first business to launch this product, the company scaled and Andrew partnered with some of the world’s most successful and largest retail brands.
With a passion for logistics technology and innovation, Andrew was part of the founding team at Sorted Group, which started as a Manchester tech business and grew to be a global SaaS company with private equity backing and working with brands such as Asda, ASOS and M&S.
Most recently, Andrew was chief commercial officer at boutique 3PL business, 3PL, which gave him an insight into third party logistics businesses and how the right supply chain strategy and partner can create a competitive advantage.
