EcoVadis is a global platform that looks at how businesses perform across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. And this year’s results gave us a fantastic mix of wins to celebrate and clear areas to keep building on. 

A Big Win for the Environment 

One of the standout moments for us was our performance in the Environment category.
While scoring 80/100 overall, we also scored 100/100 across policies, measurements, and certifications sections – an amazing result. 

Because we’re a business that is heavily operational, we know our environmental footprint matters. Seeing such a strong score here shows that the work we’ve been putting in, from strategy to day-to-day decisions, is really paying off. 

It’s definitely something worth celebrating.
 

Labour & Human Rights – Where We’re Growing Next 

This category carries a lot of weight for a company like ours, and the results gave us a clear direction for the year ahead, despite getting a good score of 77/100. 

We did really well on policies and measurement area, but the assessment also highlighted that we can improve further when it comes to certifications. This tells us exactly where we can make the biggest impact next. 

Its key to note though this area isn’t just about improving a score. It’s about continuing to build a fair, safe, supportive environment for our people and our supply chain partners.
 

Ethics & Sustainable Procurement – Strong Foundations 

We also saw positive progress in the remaining areas: 

• Ethics: A strong score of 78/100, reflecting solid governance and internal processes. 

• Sustainable Procurement: A 76/100 in a lower-weighted category, supported by buyer training and a clear sustainability code of conduct for suppliers. 

A Silver Moment to Be Proud Of 

Overall, this Silver rating is a really positive milestone.
It shows how far we’ve come, highlights the areas we’re leading in, and it gives us a clear plan for where we want to be next.  

Most importantly, it’s something we achieved together.
Every team, every site, every role has played a part in this – and we’re genuinely proud.
