Talent Acquisition Administrator

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People team at ASC. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and is keen to build further experience within recruitment and HR.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth, professional, and positive experience. This will include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activity to ensure processes run efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract, offering hybrid working, with on‑site presence based at our Bradford office (BD12) when required.

In return, we offer a salary of £26,000–£28,000, depending on experience, along with a structured development plan, including tailored training and ongoing mentorship to support your growth within Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support early‑stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow‑up
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
  • Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
  • Support ad‑hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role (desirable but not essential)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information
  • Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
