Keith Lawrence joined Advanced Supply Chain in 2022 and is Managing Director of the business, leading strategy, operational performance and growth across its UK and European network. He brings more than 24 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, and supply chain transformation, with a track record of leading complex, multi-site operations and delivering large-scale business improvement programmes.
Before joining Advanced Supply Chain, Keith held a number of senior leadership roles at Wincanton, where he led major multi-account transport and warehousing operations for leading retail and consumer brands. He has also held supply chain leadership roles in the retail sector, giving him a strong understanding of both operational delivery and the wider commercial demands of fast-moving omnichannel businesses.
At Advanced Supply Chain, Keith has played a central role in transforming the business through productivity improvement, operating model redesign, cost and margin discipline, and technology-enabled change. He leads a broad portfolio spanning warehousing, transport, customer operations, HSEQ and strategic development, and is focused on building a high-performing, scalable supply chain platform that combines operational excellence with innovation. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, he works closely with customers, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver resilient, efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions for leading retail and consumer brands.
