We are wrapping Q1 up with some great activity…

Out and About

Jonathan Heap – Senior BDM for ASC joined leading retailers and industry stakeholders at IMRG Connect – Delivery & International Trading event, contributing to discussions that are shaping the future of ecommerce logistics.

Together with Nick Bevan from ReBound, team ReUse co‑hosted a roundtable examining the evolving landscape of automation, returns propositions and refund strategies. The conversation highlighted how integrated, sustainable end‑to‑end supply chain and returns solutions can enhance operational efficiency, strengthen resilience and elevate the customer experience.

The session brought retailers together to share challenges, explore opportunities, and engage in practical dialogue around improving post‑purchase journeys and advancing reverse logistics performance.

We appreciate the valuable insights from everyone who joined us and look forward to continuing these strategic conversations. If you’d like to discuss how ASC can support your returns strategy or optimise your end‑to‑end supply chain performance, please get in touch with our team.

Community Minded

ASC colleagues Jade and Theresa dedicated their volunteer hours to supporting residents at a local care home.

From painting nails and offering a moment of pampering, to playing games, sharing laughter, or simply enjoying a coffee and conversation, they helped create meaningful moments of joy, comfort, and connection for those living there.

Their visit was a reminder that small gestures can have a big impact. Jade and Theresa truly embodied community spirit, bringing kindness, warmth, and genuine care to every interaction. We’re incredibly proud of the compassion they showed and grateful for the way they represented ASC in the community.

Thank you both for using your volunteer hours to support such a meaningful cause.
